Florey is a residential suburb in Canberra’s Belconnen district, situated just a short distance from Belconnen Town Centre. Most of the medium‑density homes were built in the mid‑1980s, with a mix of government housing, sites set aside for construction workers, first‑home‑buyers and low‑income families, plus two small developments for older residents.
