Biniguy is a tight‑knit village of 147 residents (2016 census) set on the Gwydir Highway about 40 km west of Moree. Its riverside location supports a strong agricultural lifestyle, highlighted by a GrainCorp grain‑silo and the nearby Trawalla Pecan Farm, the Southern Hemisphere’s largest pecan operation.
