Boambee East is the more suburban half of the Boambee community in the Coffs Harbour region of New South Wales, situated just west of Sawtell along the Pacific Highway. In the 2011 Census the suburb recorded 5,446 residents, and its layout blends leafy residential streets with easy access to the Boambee State Forest to the north‑west and nearby creek reserves such as South Boambee Creek and Boambee Creek Reserve.
