Overview

Jerrabomberra is a master‑planned suburb of Queanbeyan in south‑eastern New South Wales, split into three sections, The Park, The Heights and Lakeview, by Edwin Land Parkway. The 2021 Census recorded 9,601 residents living in a mix of homes that began with serviced blocks released in 1988 and now include the eight‑house Cove Island community with shared tennis, pool and sauna facilities. The suburb grew around the original Palmer landholdings and today offers a post office, gym, Scout group, bed‑and‑breakfast and four public tennis courts, all set beside the artificial Jerrabomberna Lake.
