Quirindi is a small town of 2,602 residents (2021 Census) perched on the North West Slopes of New South Wales, just 15 km northwest of the Kamilaroi Highway’s junction with the New England Highway. The local economy revolves around broadacre farming on the black‑soil plains to the west and livestock grazing in the hilly east, giving the community a relaxed, agriculture‑focused lifestyle.
