Forrest Beach is a seaside locality in the Shire of Hinchinbrook, Queensland, with 1,364 residents recorded in the 2021 census. Bordered by the Coral Sea, it offers long sandy beaches protected by the Orpheus and Palm island group, and the community centres on the coastal town of Allingham. Residential areas hug the northern shoreline, while a smaller pocket of homes sits at Cassady Beach on the southern edge, and farming occupies the western side.

Residents use the one‑lane boat ramp on Sheoak Street and meet the Queensland Country Women’s Association at the Kenmore Library. Primary schooling is at Forrest Beach State School, while secondary students travel to Ingham State High School. Lady Elliot Reef, part of the Great Barrier Reef, lies 5 km north, adding a nearby marine attraction.
