Overview

Springfield Lakes, a suburb of Ipswich in Queensland, is part of Greater Springfield – Australia’s largest master‑planned community. At the 2021 census it was home to 17,211 residents. Developed by Lendlease, the area consists of a series of village‑style neighbourhoods such as Bridgewater Chase, The Peninsula and Waterside at The Promenade, surrounding three purpose‑named lakes, Spring, Regatta and Discovery, which provide a backdrop for water‑sport recreation and open‑space living.
