Overview

Toogoom is a coastal town and rural locality in Queensland’s Fraser Coast Region, bounded by Hervey Bay, Beelbi Creek and O’Regan Creek. The 2021 census recorded 2,596 residents. The town centre sits where Beelbi Creek enters the bay, with homes stretching along the creek and the sandy shoreline, giving immediate access to fishing, watersports, crabbing and birdwatching, plus the Toogoom Mountain Bike Trails and Skills Park.
