Varsity Lakes, a Gold Coast suburb, had 16,493 residents at the 2021 census. Bounded by the Pacific Motorway, Reedy Creek Road and Mattocks Road, the area was redeveloped in 1999 when Delfin Lend Lease created the artificial Lake Orr and Lake Azzura and launched a mixed residential estate of houses and apartments.
