Warner is a 10.6‑square‑kilometre suburb in the City of Moreton Bay, situated southeast of Lake Samsonvale and bordering the urban centres of Strathpine, Brendale, Bray Park and Lawnton. The 2021 Census recorded 12,264 residents, many of whom enjoy a mix of newer housing estates that began with the redevelopment of a former drive‑in theatre in 1995 and the Warner Lakes estate launched in 2005 with 1,100 planned home sites. A network of parks, including Banksia, Frank Nichols and John Hill, provides green space, while a mobile library visits the Pendicup Community Centre on Samsonvale Road.

Although Warner has no schools of its own, primary and secondary options are within a short drive, such as Bray Park State High School (1.8 km) and Albany Creek State High School to the southeast. Major thoroughfares like South Pine Road and Old North Road link the suburb to neighbouring communities, offering convenient access to shopping, recreation and employment hubs across Moreton Bay.
