Dodges Ferry, a rural‑residential locality in the Sorell council area of south‑east Tasmania, lies 13 km south‑east of the town of Sorell. The 2016 census recorded 2,467 residents, reflecting a steady shift since the 1960s from a holiday‑shack settlement to a community of permanent homes supported by newer facilities.
