Overview

Glebe is a tiny suburb tucked next to Hobart’s centre on the peninsula that hosts the Queens Domain, the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens and the Doone Kennedy Hobart Aquatic Centre. The Tasman Highway forms its southern edge and Brooker Avenue marks the western boundary, giving residents easy road access to the wider city. Within a short walk you’ll find the Hobart International Tennis Centre, the TCA Ground, local hotels such as Corinda Contemporary and The Corinda Collection, and community facilities including Campbell Street Primary School and the historic Hobart Fire Station.
