Oldina is a small rural locality in the Waratah‑Wynyard council area of Tasmania’s North West region. Situated about 15 km south of the larger town of Wynyard, it recorded a population of 126 in the 2016 census. The name, adopted around 1911, comes from an Aboriginal word meaning “snow” and replaces the early postal name Upper Moores Plains.
