Overview

Sisters Beach is a small town in the Waratah‑Wynyard municipality of Tasmania’s north‑west, a fifteen‑minute drive from Wynyard. Set within Rocky Cape National Park, the settlement fronts a three‑kilometre stretch of white‑sand beach and is flanked by the twin Sisters Hills, the only Tasmanian site where giant Banksia serrata grow. Nearby natural features include Lake Llewellyn, The Two Sisters mountain and Sisters Creek, offering residents access to fishing, walking and coastal recreation.
