Croydon Hills lies 30 km east of Melbourne’s CBD in the City of Maroondah and recorded a population of 4,839 at the 2021 Census. The suburb, developed from farmland in the 1980s, features spacious single‑storey brick veneer homes on large allotments with front and rear gardens and off‑street parking. A series of parks – Settlers Orchard, Yarrunga Reserve, Candlebark Walk and Narr‑Maen Reserve – offers walking tracks and native bushland frequented by kookaburras, magpies and brushtail possums.
