Nestled on the southern shore of Lake Wallace, Edenhope enjoys a tranquil lifestyle framed by the Wimmera Highway, just 30 km from the South Australian border in the Shire of West Wimmera. The 2016 census recorded 946 residents, many of whom take advantage of the lake’s jetty, boat ramps and a 5 km scenic walking track, while bird hides at Back Swamp and the lake’s rim attract nature lovers and swimmers when water levels are high.
