Meadow Heights lies 18 km north of Melbourne’s CBD in the City of Hume and recorded 14,890 residents in the 2021 census. Developed mainly in the 1980s–1990s, the suburb contains roughly 3,000 housing blocks with limited new builds since 2000, creating an established mix of homes.
