Speed is a tiny rural town in Victoria, located about 143 km from Mildura and 410 km from Melbourne. At the 2016 census the community numbered just 78 residents, yet it hosts the popular Mallee Machinery Field Days each August, drawing over 8,000 visitors and showcasing the active spirit of the local Lions Club.
