Tenby Point is a small coastal community in the Bass Coast Shire, set amid open farmland and offering direct beach access via Marine Parade. The town is laid out as a linear village along four main streets, Guy Road, Bayview Avenue, Marine Parade and Park Lane, providing a straightforward grid of mainly residential properties that circle the longest thoroughfare, Bayview Avenue, which leads straight to the shoreline. The remnants of an old jetty add a historic touch to the beachfront promenade.
