Trafalgar is a town in West Gippsland, Victoria, set on the Princes Highway and the Bairnsdale railway line about 10 km west of Moe. Sitting at roughly 70 m above sea level, it recorded 3,912 residents at the 2016 census. The centre hosts a post office (opened 2 June 1879) and provides education through Trafalgar Primary School, St Joseph’s Primary and Trafalgar High School.
