Located 26 km north of Perth’s CBD, Ashby is a triangular suburb within the City of Wanneroo. Bounded by Wanneroo Road, Pinjar Road and Conti Road, about 40 % of the area has been developed for housing, offering a mix of modern homes in a relatively new layout that dates from the late‑1990s. The suburb takes its name from early landowner E E Ashby, reflecting a historic connection to the surrounding Wanneroo region.
