Balcatta is a large, middle‑class suburb in Perth’s north, nestled within the City of Stirling. Historically home to Italian, Greek and other Southern‑European families, the area now welcomes a growing Asian community, giving the housing stock a mix of traditional post‑1970s homes, newer builds further north and smaller units or villas on subdivided blocks.
