Joondalup, 26 km north of Perth’s CBD, is the main urban hub for the northern suburbs. Joondalup railway station, beside Lakeside Joondalup, sits on the Yanchep line delivering a 25‑minute ride to Perth CBD, complemented by free Central Area Transit buses and regular routes serving surrounding estates.
