Overview

Ocean Beach is a coastal locality in the Shire of Denmark, bounded by the South Coast Highway to the north, the Southern Ocean to the south and Wilson Inlet to the east. The eponymous beach lies on the eastern side of the suburb, giving residents direct access to ocean views and waterside recreation. At its centre, the Mount Hallowell Reserve – listed on the shire’s heritage register – provides green space and a reminder of the area’s Noongar heritage.
