Overview

Pemberton is a town in Western Australia’s South West, named after early settler Pemberton Walcott. Today it thrives as a tourist hub surrounded by karri forest, with five national parks within a 20‑minute drive, climbable giants such as the Gloucester and Dave Evans Bicentennial trees, the Yeagarup Dunes, Beedelup Falls and a growing cool‑climate wine region celebrated at the three‑day Southern Forests Festival each May.
