Buffett Ramble sits in Quinns Rocks, an outer coastal suburb of Perth 38 km north of the CBD and part of the City of Wanneroo. The area grew from a 1962 rural townsite centred on Quinns Beach, giving the neighbourhood a relaxed, beach‑side character with easy access to the shoreline.

The streets are lined with a cluster of green spaces – Mintaro Park, Tapping Park and Little Green Park are all within 0.5 km – and are close to local schools such as Quinns Beach Primary and Quinns Rocks Primary. The abundance of nearby parks, including Foundation, James Cook and Christian Parks, adds ample recreation options for residents.
