Tarzali is a small rural town nestled on the Atherton Tableland in Queensland, with 431 residents recorded in the 2021 census. The centre of the locality is residential, while the surrounding hills, rising to 837 m at Bartletts Hill, are primarily used for grazing on native vegetation, offering a quiet, countryside lifestyle framed by the Johnstone River and Dirran Creek.
