Golden Grove is an outer north‑eastern suburb of Adelaide set within the City of Tea Tree Gully. Developed from the 1980s as a public‑private master‑planned community, the area is characterised by its hilly topography, extensive vegetation and easy access to the Adelaide Hills. The housing stock reflects the original design philosophy – detached, single‑family homes on generous allotments – with newer subdivisions such as Spring Hill Estate, The Settlement and Luminaire Estate adding a mix of larger lots and modern builds, while a 2023 land release will introduce around 500 additional homes.
