Beauty Point is a small town on the Tamar River in north‑east Tasmania, 45 km north of Launceston along the West Tamar Highway. At the 2016 Census it recorded 1,222 residents and falls within the West Tamar Council. The town’s deep‑water port and easy highway access make it a hub for boating, fishing and regional transport.
