Bordered by Wanneroo Road, Hepburn Avenue, Mirrabooka Avenue and Marangaroo Drive, its name means “place of blue flowers” in the local Aboriginal language. Residents enjoy the Marangaroo Golf Course and nearby parks such as Decourcey, Le Grand and John Moloney, all within a kilometre.
